So to keep anyone that cares update, this is what I've gotten so far...

Mod edit - posting private correspondence is forbidden. Support recommended these steps:

    1) First, shut down your PC and wait a few minutes. Then restart your PC.
    2) Start the game launcher, and click on Options that can be found on the upper right side of the launcher window.
    3) Under the Patching section, put a check mark on the Force Verify option on the game and select Save. Let the game verify that your game clients files match the server-side versions of the files. It will also re-download any files that dont match.
    4) This will take some time. Please be patient.
    5) After this process is done, try to get into the game again and see if the same issue(s) occur.

Of course this didn't help at all.

    Then I got this...
    Hello,

Thank you for getting back to us.

Please have your graphics card updated to the latest version. If you are unsure on how to do this, I you may visit the website of the graphics card manufacturer. You may refer to the following links:

    1. NVIDIA: http://www.geforce.com/drivers
    2. AMD/ATI: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/auto-detect-tool
    3. Intel: https://downloadcenter.intel.com

Please note that they usually require a complete uninstall of the existing graphics driver and reboot the PC before installing the new version. After you have completely installed or updated your graphics drivers, try to launch the game again.

I feel like I'm getting copy/pasted responses so far, because this is the first thing that I did. Nothing still...

Yea, i have an issue where the game says my gpu drivers are out of date and when i actually manage to get into the game, the performance is terrible..even on low. All i get from Perfect World is "They know of the issue and are taking care of it" that was in December....

    What is the error ?
Is it the notice "Your computer appears to be using older drivers for your video card. This application...." At the bottom left of the screen at the main screen?

If it is, just ignore it. Apparently the game checks the driver version and gives the notice for 32bit drivers but the actual updated drivers are 64bit. AFAIK, the game itself uses the correct driver variant.

As soon as i get into the game (the character creating works smooth) the fps drops to 10fps (even on low) and it starts stuttering. i literally cannot play it.

    My PC

    Windows 10 64 bit
    AMD Sapphire Fury
    Intel Core i5 6600
    16GB ddr4 ram.

i would think i could run Neverwinter better than 10fps on low :D

So this is what they just updated me with...

Mod edit - posting of private correspondence, including replies from customer support, is forbidden on these forums. Support recommended that this was an issue with Crimson drivers and posted this link: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop/previous?os=Windows 10 - 64

I've played a little today, and just ignored the problem and set my graphics the way I would have if I had not seen the problem. I've been playing fine while I ignored it... Oh the joys of PC gaming LOL.

i got that same copy/paste email form the same person in December.....UGH..

Rolling back the AMD drivers did not help my in game performance at all.

Guess it's time to give up on this game and try something else.
