Paranoid Delusion clarification please

I have asked this before with no answer, hard to believe no one knows or cares. For the Paranoid Delusion's active benefit of +3% damage "against Rooted, Disabled, Held or Prone" targets...what all constitutes Rooted, Held, or Disabled (besides a HR's roots)?

Can we please get a clarification on what 'conditions' qualify? For instance, is 'Dazed' considered Disabled? Is 'Immobilized' considered Held? Is 'Frozen' considered Rooted? A comprehensive list of what would proc the extra damage sure would be great so we'd know if it's even applicable to our class powers...

    Bump because I'd like to know as well. I've a PD that could go to a TR or a CW, but don't want to use it unless I know it'll be actively useful. :-)
