Problem with drops from the starlight parcles / bags

Hello,
here is the problem we found.
You can get character bound and unbound things out of the Starlight Parcels and Starlight Bags.
It is realy annoying if you get 2 or more items out of the gifts that are character bound. That means you can only use one, the other ones you have to sell for a low amount of copper or you must delete it.
If you get that drops out of a Starlight Parcels that you have bought with zen thats awfull. Please fix this so we can use this gifts in a propper way.
But all the character bound items you get as a gift and you allready have them got out of a event counts like you get nothing because if you are lucky you can sell them for copper maybe 28 of copper you get. if you are not so lucky you get as a gift an occupied storrage slot.

Whats about all the other stuff you get character bound out of this event. I have many same companions or mounts that are character bound and i cant use it. Is there be a chance that the character bound can be switched to account bound or unbound. You get this stuff to the starlight parcels from zen market although. If you can fix or explain why this happens that´s awsome.

Another thing is the Neverwinter Champion's Charger this you get always character bound. But if you own this already you cant use sell or delete it. That means you have occupied an storrage slot.
If you get an character bound mount and you already own it than you can´t sell it for gold or use it or delete it. It uses up one storrage slot. Can this be fixed ?
