xbox Zen purchase not working

Just tried to purchase some zen in the market with cash but doesn't connect and then just goes back to the purchase zen screen are there issues at the moment

    This is first report I've heard of it. Can you reset your modem and/or router, and your Xbox and try again please?

    Thanks. I will keep an eye on Xbox Live Status, but so far they haven't mentioned anything wrong with purchases on their end either.

    PS4 here. Mine is saying I purchased the zen and transferred the ad to exchange balance but I have no listings, no zen and no exchange balance?
