Make Winter Festival refinements useable for refining Beacon of Simril past lvl 60

Currently these (Bright Lumen, Spirit of Simril...etc.) can't be used to refine the winter festival artifact once it is over level 60 (i.e. purple). It's a shame to have to throw these refinements away for players who had the artifact from previous years. You guys fixed it for the Illusionist Mask (Halloween event) this year where you can use the various refinements to refine the mask past lvl 60, can you do this for the Winter Festival event as well? Much appreciated!

    I think the issue is more about inventory management and not wanting to waste the items you get during the Winter Festival, than wasting time on an artifact. Every time they do the Winter Festival, you get the refinement items. You shouldn't have to discard them all just because your artifact is beyond a certain rank. And it is the only Artifact that can only be upgraded to Epic (Purple) with event refinements, but cannot be upgraded with them after Epic.

    i would like to offer something new to use those lumins.

    for next year, i do like to see new "Winter Festival Armor sets", only for appearances, plus it has a bonus socket slot.
    use professions to craft armor parts that required lumins/starlights.

    Head: ""Lumin Ice Crown (all class), if desired, place a frost armor enchant on a socket to have a 'glowing gem' like effect.

    Chest/Torso: any preferences that can make with plate/robe/other style, and add socket for frost armor enchantment, "Lumin Ice Robe", "Lumin Ice Ceremonial Armor" (plate, mail, and leather) of players' choice. /note to devs, please no spikes, just festival party gear because i didnt like Icewind's GF's Black Ice shoulder, just nice and formal.

    Hands: "Lumin Ice Gauntlets" (all class), no socket

    Feet: "Lumin Ice Sollerets", optional "Lumin Ice Slippers", no socket.

    Lumin Ice Armor set would be deep winter blue and blinding neon white trims, and the crown has the look of an ice crown

    but that not all, there more....

    Lumin Ice Torc for necklace, can be socketed with frost enchant, worn outside of the robes and chests, also for appearances, non-combat gear.
    of not wanting the Torc, get pendant instead, Lumin Ice Pendant with appearance of ice blue diamond.

    anyone got better ideas? post on! :)

    oh, by the way, forget, Edited:
    no need for rank 12 to place on, it is only for appearance effect, and non-combat. it is optional for greater effect if desired if add rank 12.

    LOL!, would look great with sitting on Ice Throne
