Where can I get legendary mounts?

I read that some legendary mounts come from lockboxes that no longer drop. Where can I get one now?

    Lockboxes or the AH. Glorious Resurgence Lockbox probably your best bet, but its very rare.

    Does the Glorious Resurgence Lockbox still drop? I only see Giant Lockboxes.

    Google the Neverwinter wiki for a list of lockboxes then check the auction house for old lockboxes. Your going to pay for them though... Plan B, wait for a new lockbox to come out. I don't know if Giants drops a mount or not, I'm still opening for a snail and axebeak :)
