Not to mention the complete lack of balance in pvp, that needs to be fixed. Big time. Maybe use something like the class system. Every team has a 4k, 3k, 2k, 1k + 1k player. But whatever. I just find it insulting, that Neverwinter's developers completely ignore adding content for pvp for every past module. It is not that hard to produce maps. Hell, they should just let the community develop maps with the foundry. I've heard that before, and it makes sense. Then pvp will be more interesting, and more people will join in.

Just because you (clearly) don't like it, doesn't mean that others should suffer. When I first started playing there was a large & active pvp community and many many casual pvpers.
Over time this has shrunk ridiculously due to a lack of care, maintenance, balance and input from Cryptic. Through the introduction of various elements they have managed to almost completely remove the 'challenge' aspect of pvp - and that's what most participants are looking for; a match that has balanced mechanics and players have to rely on skill more than stats, piercing damage, stealth rings and immortality powers.
This is the reason a lot of players have asked for a 'bare knuckles' type of arena, where there are no SH boons or mount bonuses and everyones gear is auto-levelled to blue.
I used to play an hour of pvp every day but I stopped about a year ago when the situation became too unbalanced.

Cryptic should setup a contest - "Design the New PvP map". Submissions from the foundry are vetted by the devs then put on Preview server. We vote (and test) the new maps on Preview then the winning map gets pushed to Live. The winner (or team) get(s) a new xxxx item/title/whatever.
A. I don't get anything for my time
B. Nobody is going to play it
C. It'll probably break within the next two mod releases.

In addition, as someone , who once, did about 90% pvp and 10 % pve and totally reversed this , I can tell you, pvp after mod 3 was simply not fun, mod 3 was the last time I truly enjoyed pvp in this game. I did pvp however, up to mod 6 (up to 5 different toons a day x 2 matches x 1 gg, every day for almost 2 years of this game) I had 5 toons in grim (ground out everything needed pre pvp release on 5 toons) then ahd profound on all 5, then black ice on all 5.. It wasnt until mod 6 and paladin and siege changes where I just couldnt hack it anymore.
PVP in this game up to that time frame, was way more balanced then anything after mod 6.. Sure you had some weak classes, but usually ever OP class had a counter of some sort.. now it never seems like that, you never died if you were decently geared (pvp set + set of r9/r10s and a greater or more enchants) you were usually ok to pvp against most poeple ..
Massive power curve and creep hasnt done any favors to either pve or pvp in this game.
As they continue to branch out and diversify the equipment needed to pvp, (or I.E added tons of grind , for little reason) , my enjoyment dropped, by the time Mod 6 rolled around, I had a issue.. before this point, I could pretty much enter with friends or solo pug queue and compete quite well.. even against at the time good players, at this advent and the knoledge of AD changes due to leadership, I quit pvp for the most part and just grinded out pve.
Until mod 10.. and now both pvp and pve, is just one heck of a boring game all together.. with just tons of boring grind on both sides.
Do I miss pvp? sure
Am I likely to go back even with some changes?
No.. because they are not bring leadership back and leadership was the key to being able to just pvp and make enough AD to get by.
Its also SUPER unlikely they will make enough changes ever in the game structure of progression and power curve/creep to make pvp ever balanced again.
Massive redo of coding is needed, with a complete hiechary of powers for PVE vs PVP .. (EVERY single power/feat/boon everything) needed to act at a different level in both.
