slow loading graphics rendering, i think everyone has this issue i did the next thing.
Update your graphics card with the latest drivers.
make sure your game is runing as admin on your pc.
go to your ingame settings and select the Advanced tab and set the world details to 99%, puting these to 100+% or 200% the game wil render very slow. further more bloom intensity iv put that on 50% and char details 99% aswel

antialiasing ( NOne )

My Pc rig has an i7 cpu 4th gen 16gb ram and nvidia gtx 970 just incase you think my card is slow for this game wish is not
anyway i hope this worked for you, after i did that my game rendered fast enough to not see slow icon render or even bad textures after awhile playing
