Alchemy bug

in Bug Reports (PlayStation®4)
So somehow i ended up with a half bar of xp in my alchemy profession. Now i cannot progress any further as the research notes stopped dropping. I filed a ticket with support and no help there other than we will pass it along to devs. Can a dev or mod comment on this and lets get it fixed. Please.

    I'm stucked with the little potions from the begening and i can't progress any further...

    This issue has been going on since UPDATE and the Sea's rolled out. Alchemy is needed so if you do not mind Fixing this already, after 50+ experiments and not receiving a plan has to be bugged.

    Success! A couple of days ago after 95 failed experimentations at rank 9 Alchemy, I made a ticket asking them to fix it, but if they couldn't, to please reset the skill so I can start fresh again.

    Here is their reply:

    I just checked and now Alchemy is finally leveled to 10 and my XP bar is where it is supposed to be! Make a polite ticket people!

    How did you contact them? Through email? I can't seem to find a way to contact them at all except through bug report forums.
