Hello everyone i have just made two payments one after the other and the second payment isnow under review is this because i have made one after the other???

    Yes, I have had this happen a couple of times. It seems if you make two purchases close in time to each other using the same card on the same account the second one can be flagged for review.

    Yep, I've had this happen as well. It's really annoying when you want to buy $30 worth of Zen. I've also had it happen when using the same credit card on 2 different accounts (mine and my husbands). It gets really annoying then.

    Actually, that is the same issue my partner and I had. I got a big long blurb from the customer service person about how it's against ToS to share accounts, and since we're using the same card on two accounts that counts as "sharing" somehow. I don't know what they expect couples to do, we only have one card to use... which I did point out.

    Now when we buy Zen I just buy for one account one day and the other account the next day, that seems to stop the review process. Well, unless as @kreatyve pointed out, you want to buy $30 of Zen on an account at once.

    I had this the first time I tried making two purchases of 9.99€. Why two you ask, because 2x9.99€ < 19.99€. o:)

    I don't get the significance, but I am from the States. Can you elucidate?
