Asking in Zone in PE is pretty good way to go. I routinely help folks out when I see someone asking, and usually within seconds there are others as who join as well (although you only need 1 mid-geared lvl 70 char to carry).pitshade said:Vault of the Nine dates back to Mod 3 when the level cap was 60. It required that the character be able to access Caer Konig (level 60 and either 2 or 3 boons each from Sharandar/Dread Ring) When the level cap was raised to 70, they must have thought it unfair to make it off limits to new accounts at level 60, when old accounts had already done it. Regardless, the quest giver was added to Protector's Enclave and the level kept at 60. I have no idea why they then decided to make it scale up to 70 at this point. Presumably, they didn't grasp how poor the scaling is? Regardless, the quest was designed for max level chars who probably had good gear and some experience. Now it is being offered to leveling characters who probably don't have anywhere close to the kind of gear/power that it was designed for.
Anyway, you're better off either waiting until you get to 70 and run it, or else ask for help from a friend or guildie. Asking in Zone in PE might get you a partner, as there are likely to be those who are putting the quest off.
