Accidentally deleted a tvorp (I think)

As above. Checked all toons 2-3 times each, banks, mailboxes etc and can't find it. I'm assuming I deleted or destroyed it by accident. Any chance to recover it? Only option I can find in the Help menu says that they won't/can't replace non-Zen items at this time. Pretty guttered here.

    Did that in 2013 with my first reg plaguefire created from shards.

    Seems like nothing now, but that was a big deal at the time. Mailed it from one toon to another cause bank was full... deleted it before collecting

    Cried like a baby for an hour.
