Not receiving rough AD during invocation

I posted earlier on this issue, but left out the "rough" part. This issue has been going on about 3 weeks or so. My wife plays under different user name on same PS4, she does not have the issue. This is the only time I do not receive them. I receive AD and Rough AD at all other times, just not on invocation, a little help would be great.. thank you. My apologies to Kreatyve for not laying out the problem correctly.

    So I do not know why, but my character is no longer getting AD during invocation, and this have been going on quite a while. I posted in twitter, no response. Hopefully, I will get some answers here. I know I have lost several thousand AD, due to this. Hoping to hear from Arc Games on this issue. Any help is appreciated..

    You don't get rough AD from invoking anymore. You get a rough AD bonus, which is applied to other activities that give AD. If your wife is getting rough AD from invoking, THAT is actually the problem....
