I just ran normal temple of the spider for the x hundredth time and had the artifact, waters of elah'zad, drop from the first named. ....

Never seen this before or even heard it's possible. Anyone else?

    Yes. Those artifacts can drop very rarely from the old epics.

    Not an epic version of the dungeon though, is the normal lvl 50ish version!
