Earth archon not giving damage bonus

Just seeing if anyone knows the answer on if this is a bug or just not being able to see a visual the earth archon stats 6% bonus damage at epic when your at full health but doesn't add the bonus damage to your stats. The way I tested this is take everything off your characer and look at the top damage of a power say ray of frost for cw then add the seige master and the number grows by 4% as stated however when I equip the earth archon the number stays the same any help would be appreciated before I equip the companion
