Winter festival

in Bug Reports (PlayStation®4)
When logged in w/ main character did not receive item(s). Inventory was not full. Game said to file bug report. Also did not receive ring of lights 1rst day. (Possibly my fault?)

    I'm curious if one of the items you did not receive was the Master of Lights for Simril Crafting? I'm having that issue but so far that seems to be the only thing missing.

    I had to do the "talk to all of the people" when you walk in 3 different times before it would accept that I had done it.

    ive talked to everyone atleast 8 times i havent gotten my beacon of simril, and cant get the gift vouchers for some reason my main char had no problem but my new char well i dont know what all i havent recieved

    Is the character level 15 or over?

    Under level 15, you don't get the quest (or coupon) for the Starlight Parcel, but you can do the "Omens of the Stars" quest at the Winter Festival.

    No character is level 70
