Expired items on audition

I need some help bcuz I have 4 items on audition that are expired and I can't take back. I need those items. Is there any way to take that back? I can't find a way

    So you went to a mailbox (an actual "physical" one in game like the one between Sergant Knox & the guild licensing place at Protectors Enclave, not a menu that lets you read mail -because using the menu will not allow you to pull out any items pinned to the mail) & you can't get your items back by following the prompts?

    If you can't then this is yet another auction house glitch. I ask because there is a chance you may have misunderstood about picking up expired or bought items.

    You need to go to an in game mailbox, not use the sub menus option of "mail" in the social menu. That use to confuse me.

    If however you are at the mailbox, can read your mail but can't pull the item attached to it....man, another glitch I might have to contend with!

    Half wondering if I should pull all my items before they expire, as there may already be a listing glitch thanks to the update that's made them invisible.

    It's hard to sell people invisible items, lol. If it turns out I can't claim them either when the sale expires...as nobody can see the merchandise to bid on it....man....too many bugs! Hope this isn't the case.

    I am having a similar problem though reversed. The item I bid on (and won) has expired and I have not received it nor can I get my $$ back

    No, i went to mailbox, the items aren't on my mail. They are at audition as "expired" and only that. I have 4 items like that and some friends too. I've seem loots of ppl with the same. I know that the item was not sold and there are no e mail to me claim.
    Only he item on audition. Hope arc can solve this fast, I have over 500k stucked. A friend said arc ask he 10 days or more to solve.. I hope not that time

    I just recently got it as well. The items name is highlighted red & its unable to be claimed from the letter after the auction expires without a sell.

    I too am having this issue, both with items I have sold in auction and items I have won in auction. Probably a dozen items or more in total. Very frustrating.

    I have items that have expired I cant get back and items that I bid on and won that expired and I havent received. Any update on when this will be fixed?

    skilled items made stuck in auction house after Exp. timed up, not showing in mailboxes located in Protectors Enclave.
