Soulforged not working? [Solved]

SOLVED:
I have this weird issue with my soulforged enchantment, but only for one of my characters.
In short, when I slot the soulforged into my armor, the soulforged buff doesn't show up and the particle effect doesn't either. Not to mention that I also don't get resurrected of course.
I've tried switching to another soulforged and tried switching to another armor, nothing seems to work.
It does however work on my other characters just fine, which makes it even weirder. Any idea what the problem is?
