Fix this ridiculous RNG for +5 rings

I have hundreds of Underdark dungeons, skirmishes, and Demos/EDemos under my belt. I have yet to receive a +5 ring from any of them. I have gotten all of the 1,2,3, and 4 rings. It really frustrates me and many players, to the point a buddy of mine quit playing due to no rewards. At least have and double RNG weekend or something.

    The also need to make some kind of +5 vendor that allows you to exchange +5 rings. @krazydog#1509 odds are the first +5 ring that you get will not useful to any of your characters.
