IS Vorpal broken?

I have a CW. With a greater vorpal slotted I am doing no more damage on a crit than when it is not slotted. I have un-slotted and re-slotted many times.

    I had the same problem with a perfect dread few months ago. Try un-equipping the weapon and equipping it again

    I have the same problem in my CW, apparently something is bugging the critical of the weapon enchantments in the CW, both Crit chance and severity. It happened to me often after doing a skirmish like edemo or sva. I have noticed that usually happens with certain SW and DC, could be some bugged companion, feat or encounter that is debuffing us. My crit change is about 95%, in Character the Crit chance shows 95% but i don't any critical strike or the critical severity doesn't work. Sometimes both critical fail at the same time.

    Do you have 3 stat enchants and didn't reslot them since mod10 ?
