Scheduled Maintenance [11/29] - COMPLETE

UPDATE: Due to server issues, we need to postpone maintenance till 11/30.

Neverwinter will undergo maintenance on 11/29 at 7AM PT for roughly two hours for a server reset.

    That's great, will it fix me not getting the rest of my items with my champion if the north pack & dragon born legend pack? All I received was the 2 characters & character slots, got the renegade to lv 10 & still no spider mount. Who do I contact to fix this?

    Will it fix the issue for us who bought the premade level 70 pack and we haven't gotten it yet? Submitted the ticket a few days ago and still have not heard anything. And the whole double everything weekend is now over.

    The rest of those items should be at the reward claims vendor across the way from SGT Knox.

    If not you havre another route to take, I would contact Sony for this issue as they take the money for the ones bought through the PSN store and it would be their responsibility to make sure it was done.

    Thx zephyriah, I'll check when I get home, I thought maybe it would have come by mail like the first time buyers pack.
