[PC] Double-click to move items into Guild Bank becomes bugged after splitting stacks

Double-clicking items in your inventory to move into the Guild Bank becomes bugged after you split a stack. The target location/slot where you split the stack becomes the target of future double-click actions.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Guild bank and Inventory bags.
2. Double-click on an item in your inventory and see that it successfully moves the into the open guild bank tab.
3. Next, in your inventory bag, select a stack of anything and split it by holding the shift or ctrl key and drag/drop the stack onto an open item slot in the Inventory. (or you can split a stack from the guild bank into your inventory also--it doesn't matter which).
4. On the Select Amount dialog, enter any amount or leave the default, and then click OK to complete the split.
5. Now, try to double-click on any item in your inventory again to try and move it into the guild bank. The item that you just double-clicked on will ONLY swap with the item in the target location in step 3 and will not go into the guild bank (unless the target location in step 3 happened to be in the guild bank).

This target location in step 3 is saved in memory so that now every time that you attempt to double-click on an item to move it into the guild bank, it only goes into that one slot. You can log out and log back in but it still doesn't clear this setting. You need to actually exit the game and close the client and restart to clear this behavior.
