Wanderer's Fortune Bugged

Alright, so with the deals this weekend I purchased the pack that included the dawn unicorn specifically for the wanderer's fortune mount bonus. When I am adventuring I see the proc wanderer's fortune flash across my screen repeatedly with absolutely no reward. When I first set up wanderer's fortune on my mount it seemed to work fine but after that first day it has not. The proc fires across the screen and nothing. I also have several dragon hoard enchantments on my character which function fine and one of the quartermaster enchantments as well. I do not know if the combination is somehow causing a glitch in the program but at this time on my account wanderer's fortune is procing with no rewards.

    I've been told wanderer's fortune has a longish cool down. It still procs and flashes on the screen during it, but you only get something from it rarely. I know when I play for a long while, this happens, but when I come back to the game later after work, it's back to giving me plenty of things again for a while.

    for me I get a ton of things when I first log on, then I don't get anything for an hour or so - though the pop up still happens - then I'll get stuff again for about 15-30 minutes

    any more info about this cd? I've the same problem. Guildies said you have to swirch toon or log out for some minutes, then it's working again.
