For over 6 months my in-game chat has been totally empty. Arc asks me to post on here. HELP PLEASE!

I was first told when i brought this bug (empty chat completely, no trade/group or guild messages will ever come up.) to Arcs attention to reset the Xbox, unblock people i had blocked in the past (however the hell you do that) and then reset the in-game chats to default. I have done 2 of these things and still the chat is empty, no way to contact anyone in game which as you'll know is a massive part of the game. Bit fed up, and wondering how its got like this and what else there is to do to fix it. Had a 4 month break from the game in hope when i came back the chats had refreshed themself, but they have not. This is the last time, has anyone had these problems and if so how did solve it? Sorry for the essay. A quick response will be appreciated.

    Ok, so far seems to have been fixed. (after unblocking 30 people on my Xbox and doing a hard reset :P)

    Can anyone please provide a step by step procedure to fix this? I have encountered the same issue sometime over the last 2 weeks (I have been thinking last patch maybe?) but it is very annoying and comes at a very bad time (2x everything / black friday etc) ! I just assumed everyone was having the same issue until searching and finding this! There may be many many others dealing with the same issue.
