Neverwinter Needs a Seedy District

You know, where the thieve's guild is located, and all manner of people of ill-repute congregate. Where roaming cutpurses steal gold from you. Where a wench in the tavern offers you a drink, and you wake up the next day with some of your coins missing if you fail a wisdom check. Stuff like that. It could always be night there, or have day and night cycles where different npcs are present and different things occur during the day as opposed to at night.

most of districts were destroyed by plaguefire and planar rifts, Neverwinter was just recently rebuilt.

prison district and dock district both gone, and Blacklake District contaminated with black goos, and graveyard district still there but it for split up by chasm and market district also tore up by rift chasm. only Protector Enclave survived and need alot of repairs.
other district got overun by many-arrow orcs.
we need new story arc to deal with last remaining many-arrow orcs and drive them out for good or try to "enlist these orcs" for defense in common cause.

You're right. I forgot about that. Still, wherever you have civilization, you're bound to find criminals trying to feed off it.

Technically the seedy district is the Blacklake district. There's also the Beggar's Nest map in the Foundry. There hasn't been very much canon released about what happened to the Docks District, but there were several seedy places there in the original Neverwinter Nights.

Have you tried the Moonstone Mask?
I'm not looking for forgiveness, and I'm way past asking permission. Earth just lost her best defender, so we're here to fight. And if you want to stand in our way, we'll fight you too.

Apparently the Manycoins Bank is the site of the (Bouncy) Thieves' Guild, if recent reports are to be believed.
