Shadow of Demise Does Not Prevent Stealth Loss

in Bug Reports (Xbox One)
In the description for the Shadow of Demise feat for trickster rogues, it says there should no longer be stealth loss when taking damage. This does not work because I have observed my rogue lose stealth when taking damage. Please fix this. Thank you.

    While your stealth bar refills, any damage you take:
    1) reduces amount of stealth bar already refilled.
    2) stops regeneration of your stealth.
    SoD removes just 2) not 1). 1) -you need TC, lvl4 + offhand power.
    There's no bug here.
