Okay, I am not an expert on the mechanics behind the powers of a Pally, so I am turning to the experts on this forum for advice. PC player, my toon is a very tanky OP (protection) with an IL tad over 2500. Given the "nerfs" of 10.5 what is the consensus, if there is one, on the best post 10.5 at-wills, dailies, encounters and passives? Thanks in advance for the help.

Feats: Justice is still the feat tree of choice, though exact buy into that can vary a little at the top end.
Boons: I selected a mix of tank and dps boons. My set up is different to MadWilly's for example, with a net effect that I do less dps but should be more durable.
Passive Powers: Courage and Wisdom are still defaults for me, with Protection for taking on Orcus (and FBI) in place of Courage. (I tried Truth, but with ACT I cannot be sure it even works.)
At-Wills: Shielding Strike and Radiant Strike are still my default at-wills. However I do run Oath Strike in place of Radiant sometimes (note that Shielding is still the highest dps base at-will).
Encounters: Again my default set up hasn't changed, Burning + Templar's+ Smite. For dungeons I run Binding in place of Smite (for the aggro not the shield). For killing giants in SKT I swap Burning for Relentless or Binding, either works fine (mostly it depends on my lag
For weaker parties, or doing eToS etc without heals, Circle of Power is now very useful (replace Burning). I also find Heroism is useful for certain situations (the Beholder in CN for example).
Everything I run is at 4/4.

A whole lot of other Obsidian toons as well.
Solo play post Mod10.5 nothing change in my rotations. (BL, Smite/or Relentless, Templar; Heroism/Judgement; Wisdone/Courage)
Party for CN/FBI/eCC/eGWD is a new challenge at some bosses:
