To anyone who can answer, is there really a benefit to upgrading Acolyte of Kelemvor to epic? Don't want it to be a waste. She's currently rare maxed, thanks.

    As far as Neverwinter wiki can say, the companion has +5% incoming healing bonus on epic, 3% on rare.
    So it seems to scale similarly to any other companion.

    If it's the active you want best get the battlefield medic from the current event if you can, it offers a +6% incoming healing bonus when you get it
