I play a Trapper Playstyle because I'm hard headed and refuse to move into the Combat Paragon. I just find Trapper to be more fast paced and the waves of encounters is a great experience for me. But I've noticed Mount Insignia Bonus are a major role in a character build now. One bonus I found to be the most interesting is the Protector's Camaraderie.
The Description states that players receive 3% of their DEF and POW every time their companion attack, with the
ability for it to stack up to 4 timesSome builds I have come across have used multiple mounts with this insignia bonus and I am having a hard time understanding the proc on this.
When a companion attacks you get 3% (when you have 1 mount with this bonus), That is a definite. But does the stackking occur when the companion attacks again? So with 1 mount with Protector's Camaraderie if my companion attacks 4 times should I receive the 12% damage buff?
ORDo I have to have 4 separate Mounts with the insignia bonus to gain the 12% damage?
OR (again)Can I have 4 separate mounts with the insignia bonus and each seperately will buff me 12 after my companion attacks (reaching an extreme 48% Power and Defense buff)
Side Question: What are the Insignia Bonuses you are running?
Here are mine:
EDIT: I actually replaced my Cavalries Warning with Protector Camaraderie on a Medium Black Horse mount.

Shadow demon pet.
Multiple bonuses stack at 0.25, i.e.. 5 mounts equals a double bonus.
You can then observe your Power and Defence getting buffed 4 times.
This is how you can find out which Companions work and which do not
