Ice Arror Scarf Disappears

With the new fix to the flying capes of players on their mount in view from a distance, I believe it bugged out my scarf for some reason. My Ice Arrow Scarf disappears (as in not showing or isn't worn at all) when I am mounted on my horse. No I do not have the "Disable Visuals" on the neck piece turned on, it is enabled and the scarf only shows when I am not mounted on my horse.

Please fix this!

    They fixed the flying capes issue by just making every neck piece be hidden when you are riding a mount.

    My icy scarf now floats in front of my toon when i walk/run. There is not scarf displayed when I ride my mount.
    The cloak display is now worst then before.

    Can you please fix the floating cape while walking or running (unmounted). Could you please add cloak visuals and ioun stone visuals while riding a mount? Thank you so much for your consideration.
