Can anyone help confirm off-hand art feature blade storm is broken?

Xbox, so I don't have act...last night while testing, I noticed that my blade strikes were 20% of the unmitigated damage, but I had the off hand feature on...it should have been more...when I swapped the off hand feature to something random, I didn't see the damage go down...it remained the same...thoughts?

    Blade Storm's off-hand feature increases Blade Storm's damage by 25%.

    If you didn't see an increase in Blade Storm's damage, it's probably a bug.

    Can't confirm it for you because I don't have the off-hand feature yet.

    Blade Storm OH feature only adds about 2% extra damage to the class feature itself so you won't see much of a difference in damage by using it or not.

    It adds 5% extra damage to Blade Storm... or should do. I am a Path Finder so cannot check for now.

    But if you add 25% to 20%... it would a actually increase it to 25% total.

    25% of 20% is 5%.

    Right, my point is I saw no increase at all. Wanted to confirm it was broken and not just me misreading the crappy xbone logs

    WD40 is correct but after all the mitigation I believe is the word you see very little in change I went back to AOTP since its offhand bonus is working for sure now

    WD40 is a de-icer for removing frost of car windscreens etc :)

    lol no worries :)

    I used to be a dj and I actually made some re-mixes, at the time, called wdj40's de-icer remix and things like that lol :)
