I have a transcendent fireburst enchantment and it no longer shows any visible fire and no longer does anything when I take damage. I have been through customer support and was told to post problem here.
Do you have a triple stat enchantment on the chest armor as well? Try removing it then putting it back on. See if that solves the problem. An update to them caused a problem with weapon/armor enchantments causing them to stop working.
