I strongly suspect that the Skeletal Worg will be purchasable from the Zen Market for Halloween/Masquerade of Liars. The Frozen Polar Bear might be Svardborg loot. Both have been added to my insignia tool.

    Cool looking mounts. It's sad that I think the wolves/worgs in the game are too small so any race other than halflling looks goofy riding them.

    I guess I was wrong about the Skeletal Worg appearing during the Masquerade of Liars.

    It's a bit later than I expected, but the Skeletal Worg is now in the Zen Market (for 3500 zen).
