Invisible LOT on auction house

I have placed an item onto the auction house and the lot appears to have disappeared when I checked later on another character (around 2 hours later). I assumed it had been purchased but when I checked the mailbox (and my consignments) the item hasn't actually sold. I have asked a friend to confirm if they can see the lot but it's not visible to them either. I do not know exactly when it disappeared (as it was there within the first few minutes of it being posted). On that particular day, many people were experiencing lag and other problems (including the in game chat stopping Worthing for around 5 minutes). I paid the posting fee and effectively lost this which I am not very pleased about (around 150k AD). I have the option to pull it from the AH and forfeit the posting fee. I filed a ticket but was told to come here to report it as a bug.

    A friend had this problem a few months ago. He placed an item with a low starting bid. One person bid on it (a really low bid) and then it disappeared from the market so no one else could up the bid. So his item sold well below where it should. The developers said they were aware of it and they told him they would be returning his item in 10 business days. That was well over a month ago and last I talked to him he never got his item back.

    Same happened to me expect I'm only out about 20k posting fee. Terrible customer service on the ticket system pretty much told me I didn't know how to search...
    After several tickets they told me they know about the bug but they can't do anything and to post here... Really?!

    I am on the other end of this end. I have won some 8 or 9 auctions that show up in my bids section as "expired" and "you are winning" but I haven't gotten any items or AD back. Customer service told me devs are aware of the issue and I should get my items within ten days.
