Alchemy Issue with Expert Knowledge

Hi, others it seems have also been having this issue. Lots and LOTS of experimenting (seriously 70+) and not a single drop of 'expert knowledge' to allow advancement to the next level. Is this going to be fixed soon? Any chance of a boost in recompense?

I have read else where on these forums that this is due to a mistake in selecting the incorrect experiment task which results in only half the required XP and there is no known way of fixing the issue. Is it not possible for Arc to access the account and move the Alchemy level downward so that the experience tree can start again?

This is exactly what happened to me. I accidentally chose the incorrect experiment one time and since than I have not received one basic alchemical knowledge. It has been atleast two weeks and I craft them several times a day. I reported it twice and the second time they said they will look into the issue.

I have had a reply too from Arc customer service which basically said post something on here in the hope that it may be noticed by the Moderators and the Quality Assurance team. Can't do anything with Alchemy until they address the issue. On one hand yeah it was my mistake for hitting a lower level 'Gain Alchemical Experience' but to be fair, why was it available as an option in the first place if all it would do is screw up the progression route?

Same issue, here had to move everything onto another character and start over. Such a waste of time.
