Chat window bug on ps4

I cannot open the chat window larger anymore when hitting r3 u see the arrow move up an down but window won't enlarge

anybody know why the map mentol derith disapear ? i had it and after the patch it just disapear...

i think the chat window bug is tied to the cape bug, i swear if you fix the cape bug the chat window will work fine

chat and the touchpad are probably the 2 most annoying things with addition of storm king's thunder, after the heroics bugging out in bryn shander
