The Barrow Lords quest bugged - uncompletable

This quest is in Ebon Downs and requires you to enter 5 barrows and do stuff inside. The first 3 or 4 barrows I entered no problem, but upon trying to enter the Barrow of the Horned Beast, I get the transition screen, but then the 'server not responding' small print text appears in red at the top of the loading screen, and a few seconds later, I'm booted out of the game. If I try to immediately log back into the character, I get 'Timed out connecting to Gameserver'. If I wait a little while, I'm able to log the character back in, outside the Horned Beast's Barrow.

Something I noticed about this bug - when clicking the screen to enter the bugged barrow, instead of going right to the loading screen as it did the previous barrows, I first get a short 'interacting' bar pop up as I try to enter HBB. Perhaps this is related to what's gone wrong?

    The game servers are having issues I am in ebon down also on the second barrow and get that and other people are getting all over the game world
