Unable to log in "no shards available" since last maintenance

Every since last maintenance have been consistently unable to log into Neverwinter...shard not available. As a paying VIP member this is unacceptable. This is occurring to other people also. Is something going to be done?

    Ive had this issue in the past, Once that screen pops up sign out and in then hit start in NW should let you sign in again then let it load it'll time out then hit start, it'll proceed as normal NW log in. ^-^ My curse was lifted awhile back now it's yours. <3

    I now have to sign out and back in 3 times to get in. :( was working fine until last patch. Seems to be getting worse. Yesterday was only twice that I had to sign out and back in.

    Btw litterally how I fixed mine by talking to Strum about it and magically poofed after those annoying 4 months... cx Seemed he had nothing to do with it. Btw Strum if you see this, you still need to give us our #RainbowOwlbear ;3

    We had guys with this issue yesterday so seems to be fairly widespread

    I think it means the server is full. Like the server hit its cap limit?

    I too have been having an issue. Everything worked all week for me after having to re-install for the latest update. Got home after work and home hooked up the PS4 and got kicked out of the game (there was an error in the application). I have been trying for 24 hours now to reconnect, keeps giving me an error no shards are available at this time. I too am at a tier 12 subscription for a year and have spent plenty of money in this game for this to do this. i purchased the dragon bourn pack and 1 day later poof. I have lost out on two days gameplay now and this is very unacceptable. Please correct ASAP ARC.

    I read above someone said to log out and back in. There is no log out option on the PS4. I have closed my application and reopened probably 100 times. I'm open for suggestions.
