Warborn or Drowcraft set is better?

I saw the new available epic armor and i am a bit confused which one is better.
Warborn for sure for PVP it is better,but for PVE?
Also the bonus of 2 set giving of Drowcraft giving advantage in PVE.
What do you think?Worth of it to shift to Warborn from Drow?
Or keep Drow fro PVE and Warborn to PVP?
I am a GF,a type of hybrid character with DPS and tanks skills as well. Mostly playing for booms now days,but of course i like to tank dungeons as well.

Warborn is PVP armor but due to it having a higher IL than Dusk/Drowcraft it is slightly better for stats, even for PVE. I thought about buying it as well for the extra stats and to get myself a set of PVP gear.
