Dark Revelry ninjanerfed into oblivion

in NeverwinterPreview - Bug Reports
A t3 Temptation feature Dark Revelry at rank 5 previously had issues, it only gave +16% boost, now after class balance it got hit by nerfhammer again and this time this feature only provides + ~14% boost to power.

Testing method:
Power rating before proc - 27015
Power rating after proc - 30734
Expected power rating after proc - 32418

race halfling, no dragonborn boost.

    Unsumon companions, take of guild boons and any ring that you may have and try again, i tried with just a pact blade and value is 20% the big problem is devs not making it act to all scources of power.

    Dark Revelry has always worked as intended and has never been changed. If you look on your character sheet, the only power it increases by 20% is the power from the items and features categories.

    No it has not, at first it was noticed by my friend but since then I carefully followed the statstics of my power and there were a time, quite long period to be honest when it was giving +16% at rank 5/5, Im 100% sure this is accurate statement.
    Stop looking at your total power, take the power from your items and features, add it together and multiply by 0.2. Add this value on to your total power. You should then get the value with dark revelry.

    Thank you thefabricant and etelgrin. I'm a big fan of your research and comments. In preparation for mod 10 on xbox, would it be safe to assume that the dark revelry is only affected by the same things that affect the clerics power sharing? Quote from dupeks on Cleric forums:

    SH Power Boon
    Cool Resolve (IWD Boon)
    Passive Equipment Stats
    Healer's Lore Offhand Bonus

    No, it is effected by less than that. It ONLY counts the items and features section on your char sheet, this excludes boons.

    Boons are features and it counts them, but it doesn’t count Stronghold boon and temporary power boons like Rampaging Madness, since they are under the buffs sub-category.
