Just got booted off the server in the middle of a Thrones match - it now says "a shard is offline" and something about Lich. Hmm

    No characters of mine are showing, just the create a character, not doing that tho.

    Devs are aware and investigating. Andy is on vacation, so I was able to get a hold of someone else. No further updates. Not sure that social media will be updated at all. Will try to keep people informed the best I can.

    Happened to me also, rebooted Xbox but time out getting characters. Thought my characters were all gone. Thankfully im not alone.

    I suspect someone tripped over a cable in their garage server room....

    yeah I was in the middle of my daily Sharandar run with friends when I was kicked off...got the initial message about the lich and shard being offline now im getting timed out when trying to bring up my list of toons.

    Fun fact while we wait: "Lich" is the official name of the Xbox server. The PC international server is "Dragon". The PS4 server is "Balor".
