No Dread Spinel in Tar Trade Bar XBOX1

in Bug Reports (Xbox One)
My main toon Avlarik Scourge Warlock 70 logs in


1) Log in to Scourge Warlock Avlarik 70 level.
2) Goto trade bar and enchantment area.
3) only rank 7 enchantment exist.

Observed Result:
No Dread Spinel listed

Expected Result:
I could purchase Dread Spinel

    So no acknowledgement that this is viewed and accurate? Never submitted a bug report but I purchased from the Zen Store, the pack as it said Dread Spinel was available to upgrade at the Trade Bar. It isn't. Not one person I have spoken to on the XBOX sees it. That isn't just a small bug. No mention of it anywhere. Seems my only options are to upgrade buy using my own stones or gems. I never would have purchased. At least acknowledge this issue so I know its seen and contact me to let me know next steps or whatever else you need. Another reason to not login to play this game is lack of communication from support/pass the buck mentality.
