AMD Video Card Driver Issue

Just updated my AMD video card drivers (latest version: 16.9.2) and here what I get.
At launch time:

when loaded I've this stuff overlaid:


Please fix this behavior.

    In the launcher, under options, start the game in "Safe mode" and you should get a windowed game at the lowest graphics settings. Once in the game go into the options menu there and set the Display to windowed maximized. Slowly and carefully make adjustments to increase the graphics until they suit you. I have Nvidia on my machines, afraid I have no clue what to do next, if this doesn't work.

    Same problem, now every time i launch game settings get resored to minimum, game is playable that is not an issue, just need to adjust settings when launching, but still needs to be fixed.

    This is something I do everytime I update the driver.
    This case is different: I don't want the message overlaid and reset the settings everytime.
    How to solve it for the time being? Roll back your drivers.
