Any chance of fixing the lag, rubber-banding, disconnects that started about 3 weeks ago?

Is it a Dev thing, or is Arc under an ongoing DDOS attack or what? I rarely had a prob till the patch about 3 weeks ago on Thursday. Now it is virtually unplayable much of the time - and it isn't just me.
There are many that are having this problem. I'm not in the U.S. so maybe it's going great for Americans, but here in the UK, something is definitely different. Rebooting comp doesn't help, resetting router doesn't help... any suggestions, or is something in the works already to fix this?
