PVP Armor Reinforcement

Hi Folks, WK Exec here ... 3400 IL. Working on getting the Prestige Armor and wondering if you guys have any opinions on most bang for buck on reinforcement kits. At 3400, I am not deficient in anything ... just trying to figure out if I should go Power on all or deflect/LS? As a WK, don't have any burst damage, so I am leaning toward increasing tankiness. Thanks for your thoughts.

    I personally always reinforce with life steal.
    But this is because none of my artifacts carry it.

    I hate paying taxes! Why must I pay thousands of dollars in taxes when everything I buy is taxed anyways!
