electrical enchantment not procing anymore

On my paladin , with all attacks , my electrical weapon enchantment isnt procing anymore ( a lvl 9 ench ) . anyone else having problem with that enchantment ?

Is it possible that you have a 3-stat enchantment in your wep? The recent change to 3-stat enchants was causing all sorts of issues until you remove and re-seat all of your 3-stat enchants.

i did what is told to be done in that post and that worked , thanks ... i ll have to do that on every character i think
