Is a legendary companion with 1 greater bonding and two regular bondings better or worse than an epic with 3 greater? Not sure how the 15% bonus works exactly

The 15% works exactly like the percentage given by bondings

15% bonus works like an augument. 3 greaters are better (150% boost when gifts are on) than 1st option (135% overall boost).

Thanks figured that was the case but been gone a while and the changes are a bit confusing since I had augment previously.

A tip, raise a companion with a good ACTIVE BONUS to legendary, not your summoned companion.

Guess who has a legendary ioun stone and an legendary Zentharim Warlock in his vault and cries a little about the wasted AD every time he changes companions?^^

Was planning on archon set plus siege master for my TR. Why raise the non summoned?

Bc you take the summoned companion for his summoned effect. Ioun stone for buff, Zentharim for bounding stacks and your current companion maybe for and debuff effect of his attacks (10/20%). If your summoned companion or his skills get nerfed and you pushed him to legendary, you wasted 1 kk AD.

Take your best archon, make him legendary and whatever happens to your summoned companion, you will keep the dmg buff and the15% stats buff.
