Lantern of Revelation + Wheel of Elements

Hey fellow PS4 people, so, when I just started playing on the quest that gives you the choice of 3 artifacts, I choose the one with a vender attached, but unfortunately, I found out one of the higher ranking artifacts that I can use is the Lantern of Revelation, one I didnt choose that one, and currently that are about 2 Million AD in the trade house... which I only have about 100k AD (im a hobo), So where can I find where to obtain a green verson of this artifact, I read that it can come from some strongbox's that I never seen before, and they can drop from dungeons and skirmish? Is this true?

Another artifact I saw that looked amazeing was the "Wheel of Elements" but I cant find that to save my life, it comes from the Chest of Elemental Evil ((not related to the campaign it seems) so where does this little gem come from?

we dont have wheel of elements it comes from a lock box, we dont have yet . and if your not to high level you can always a new toon for the latern. other then that their is a small chance to get it in a chest in dungeons

Wheel of Elements is not available on PS4, yet. That chest actually was related to Elemental Evil campaign along with several others. The "Trove of Elemental Evil" was an item in the black earth lockbox. There were lockboxes for Air, Fire and Water also. Someday, we will have access to it, most likely, but it may end up in T Bar store with the other EE artifacts.

The lantern can drop from high level dungeons and skirmishes. It is a rare drop.

Alrighty, that is unfortunate that the EE chests arent in the game just yet, I just ill try and find an alternative til it is released...

Sadly my charater is max level, half the campains done, ect. so restarting isnt a viable option.
So a rare chance at high level dungeons and skirmishes..in other words...ill never get a drop (( unless its 95% drop rate or above...it doesnt drop for me, I had horrid RGN luck))

I got the lantern as a random drop at one point but i got rid of it since i already had one and you can't have two of the same artifacts equiped. Just look at the artifacts collection menu. It tells you where every single artifact drops

no, the lantern says y ou can get it from the quest only in the collection tabs. it's not complete. the only other place I can confirm is shores of tuern for it to drop. I don't know if other dungeons drop them. I know I've never seen it drop for anyone in any other place.

The lantern isn't rare, it's extremely rare we talking something like 1/20000 kind of odds, try using a different artifact, horn, Kessler sphere, thayan book, there are plenty of good ones

Wouldn't it work to create a second character, speed run to 60, run the artifact quest, transfer the artifact over and delete that character? Or is the one you get from the quest bound to character?

errrrrr... the quest that rewards this particular artifact is level 15... you don't even need to finish tower district, let alone run to 60.

Ah, well that sucks. I always picked the lantern but I have friends who picked the store and really regret it.

with the constant lag involved in this game... i have no regrets with being a single button press away from an injury kit vendor.

I picked the lantern from the quest but got rid of it. Is there anyway to get it back?

Artifacts you get at level 26 are bind on pick up and not bind on equipped. You have to find it in a dungeon or skirmish.

I believe the level 26-60 dungeons may drop it. I got the vendor artifact 3x on my main running various low level dungeons.

the goodnews is that if we get the next lockbox in order and don't skip to the mod 10 lockbox the lantern is in it. so it should end up being fairly inexpensive.

Glorious Resurgence lockboxes started today so wheel of elements will be in that if you're VIP or buy keys. Probably be in trade bar vendor soon too.

They are both in the AH. Right now a bit high in millions. I expect as more players get these great items the pricing will start to come down a bit.

It's actually level 20-21 but you're right, no need to go any further than that quest. Then the OP can just mail it to himself or put it in his shared bank for his main to collect.
