PvP gear in the trade bar store is character bound when you buy on a character that can't use it

All the PVE items I bought on my main where I have my trade bars.... Which makes sense because why would i have my tradebars spread out over all my characters, you would want them in one place... I bought 4 pieces of gear this way all were account bound and moved them to my Hunter Ranger.... But then when i buy the 5th piece the grim executioners coat FOR A HUNTER RANGER... on My SCOURGE WARLOCK.... it binds it to the chracter.... there is no conceivable reason why anyone would intentionally buy this piece for the wrong class to have it bound to that character.... why is this even possible to do????

IT SHOULD BE ACCOUNT BOUND LIKE ALL THE OTHER PIECES OF GEAR IN THE STORE.

    You do know that Trade Bars can be moved to characters that need them, right? Look at your account bank, T Bars are shared the same way that gold is.

    Yes I know this... I guess I didn't explain it very well. My main holds my tradebars because when you buy something you like to know how many you have total. I bought 4 pieces of gear each was BOUND TO ACCOUNT... I then transfered them to the alt that required the gear. Upon purchasing a 5th piece (this time a pvp piece) the item was BOUND TO CHARACTER. I bought it on a SCOURGE WARLOCK for a HUNTER RANGER. It was bound to the warlock upon purchase even though the other gear I purchased was all bound to account... as I had done this 4 times prior I did not check to see if this would be a different case.

    The trade bars of course could have been transfered to the character that needed the gear before the purchase, however as I have stated serveral times since the items I had transfered prior were all bound to account I assumed wrongly that this was the norm. I was wrong in the assumption however I think it is a seriously flawed system to allow characters which cannot use the gear being purchased to purchase gear that is CHARACTER BOUND when there is no concievable use for that... Also it does this without any warning that it will be BOUND TO CHARACTER.

    Actually, there is warning. If you look at the item, it says binds to character on pickup in the top right corner of the item preview, like it does with every item.

    I don't see the reasoning behind the gear being Bound to Character, however. Esp since all the other gear is not.
