Missing Rank 12 bonding stone

in Bug Reports (Xbox One)
I had put in a ticket for a transfer from character to another and one of my bonding stones had disappeared through bank share. How long does it take arc support to respond? Tyvm for any answers regarding this issue.

    Days sometimes. I would say average has been 2 days for a response unless it's weekend than you have to wait the weekend plus the day or two for response.

    Well it's been a week and no support. Wonder if this has anything to do with a mod in here. Just amazed they would not even bother to contact you in return. Awful service.
